Fans were eagerly awaiting the launch of the MAC x Aaliyah makeup collection — and the $250 Collector’s Box sold out online in minutes yesterday. The entire line, however, is still available in MAC stores and online. 

The MAC Aaliyah Collector’s Box is a limited edition set that contains the entire 12 piece collection. It was sold with a special notecard to download the Aaliyah app for exclusive content. No word yet on whether it will be re-released.

The set, shown above, includes an eye shadow palette, bronzing powder, four shades of Lipstick, four shades of Lipglass, and two lip pencils. It also includes a bandana and poster.

Aaliyah fans persuaded MAC Cosmetics to honor the late singer with a makeup line by starting a Change.org petition. Aaliyah tragically died at 22 years old, along with eight others, when their overloaded plane crashed in the Bahamas after a video shoot.
